5. Live Workshops, Retreats & Events
For in-person experiences:
- You are responsible for travel, insurance, and accommodation unless otherwise indicated

- Participants must conduct themselves with respect toward all participants and staff
- Meira Academy reserves the right to remove individuals who disrupt the safety of the group; no refund will be issued

6. Payments & Subscriptions
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, PayPal, or other approved providers.
By enrolling, you agree to:
- Provide accurate billing information
- Complete all payments in a chosen payment plan
- Authorise recurring charges for subscriptions or memberships
Failure to complete payments may result in suspended access.

Live Online Programs
You may cancel within 14 days of purchase only if the program has not yet started.
Memberships / Subscriptions
You may cancel anytime; past charges are non-refundable.

- Deposits are non-refundable
- Partial refunds may apply based on the event’s cancellation window
- No refunds for missed sessions

8. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, meditations, manuals, frameworks, and brand assets belong exclusively to Meira Academy Ltd.
You may not:

- Share materials publicly or privately
- Record teaching sessions
- Use the teachings commercially without written approval
Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

You may be removed for violations without refund.
